A Brief Look
Chiropractic care is the safe and effective alternative to back surgery and many other invasive procedures. Many of our patients have admitted that they felt skeptical or even frightened by the idea of getting an adjustment—and that’s okay! We realize that visiting any doctor for the first time can be an overwhelming experience therefore we’ll guide you through the process and make sure you’re comfortable before getting started. At our office, you can expect a warm, friendly greeting and our experienced staff will guide you through the medical history documentation and chief complaint form (or you can complete the paperwork in the comfort of your own home) and then we will have a simple discussion about strategies that will start contributing to improving your quality of life.
The first visit will last about an hour to allow time for the consultation and examination. The second visit lasts about thirty minutes while you and Dr. Scott review the information you provided in order to develop a customized plan of action. Additional family members are welcome to accompany you during the second visit if you wish.
