This might be the most important handout I’ve ever shared with you. Why? Because most people do not understand the power of their nervous system and what it affects. They don’t understand that a subluxated nervous system isn’t necessarily something they can feel, which means they can be hurt and not realize it.

Arthritis Affecting Your Quality of Life?
Let’s take a look and see how arthritis may be hard to handle.
There are two different conditions known as “arthritis.” By definition, “arthritis” is inflammation of the joints, but there are two kinds. First, there’s osteoarthritis, which includes something called DJD or Degenerative Disc Disease. Then there are several variations of rheumatoid arthritis.
Osteoarthritis, or “wear and tear arthritis,” is just that—a sort of wearing away of one or more of your joints. It typically shows up as you age or after years of excessive use or wear on your joints. Many people tell me, “The doctor told me the disc in my neck or low back is worn down because of my age.” My response is a very simple question: “How old are the other discs in your spine?”
Maintain Balance and Avoid Falls
If you have hip pain or you’ve had one or more falls, you just may not feel as though you have the right balance. Or perhaps you don’t have balance concerns, but you know someone with these symptoms. If so, this is something you or they will want to read. I hate being technical, but sometimes you should know the facts. So here they are:
Hip osteoarthritis (hip OA) is a common musculoskeletal problem in older adults. It’s also a frequent cause of disability and results in nearly 200,000 total hip replacements per year in the United States. That’s a lot of surgeries that might have been prevented.
Pain Can Be Helpful
If you’re like me, you probably think that I made a mistake by telling you that pain can be helpful. Well guess what? I did not make an error. We’ve done the research and we found out, through trial and error, that even three simple adjustments will start to help your nervous system. This really is a fascinating thing about structural alignment and how it affects not only your immune and endocrine systems, but also the absorption of nutrients and several other health functions, besides making you feel better.
Now let me take you just a step in the right direction.
